Kenya and Hakuna Matata

Here are some shots of Nairobi. It’s an amazing city, not safe to walk in but with loads to look at. The National Park borders one side of the city, so you can go on a safari drive in the morning and shop the Masaai market in the afternoon. All of these photos came from a day and a half of sightseeing, which is why you see me in so many in the same clothes. It’s not really that I travel that light.

Kenyan’s profess Hakuna Matata (no problem) and the spirit prevailed while we were there. And the song Jambo, Bwana is sung to welcome mizungus (whites) everywhere. It’s as ubiquitous as Hot, Hot, Hot is in the Caribbean.

So a little snapshot of the trip. More later.
